Gallup has investigated the nature of human talents and strengths for over 50 years, resulting in the development of CliftonStrengths®, the leading developmental assessment in the world.
This assessment identifies areas where a person has the greatest potential for achieving success. Our greatest talents, the ways in which we most naturally think, feel and behave, represent our innate power and potential. When we tap into this personal resource, we not only become truer to ourselves but we release our greatest potential.

Our overarching objective is to empower both children and adults to cultivate their Identity and Purpose.
